Improve performance with picows and aiofastnet

Hi guys,

Would you be interested in trying out picows?
It is more than 2x faster than websockets and aiohttp, especially good for small message sizes.

I made a websockets benchmark recently, it shed some light on the actual performance of the most popular python libraries

I'm sure with picows you will be able to outperform competing projects in benchmarks :)
