No IDs of large peptides (Charge > 7+) #2775

Description

@Webb-Lab

When running histone middle-down data (Glu-C digest of human h3.2), the maximum charge state for any peptides reported is 7+, even though the raw file includes charge states up to 12+. When I manually changed the precursor charge range, the 7+ is still the maximum reported charge state. Is there a way to increase the charge state cap to higher than 7+? I assume this is a setting in the code of MSFragger.
