An error when trying to build the project refenerce_router

My system is Centos 7. My ISE is 14.6 and Vivado is 15.2.
I have already succeeded in generating the bitfile of the project NIC_1G_CML.
Yet I got an error when try to generate the bitfile of reference_router_1G_CML.
I do follow the instructions of the readme:

The error message is as follows:

Could you please tell me where the problem lies?

Have you tried to:

• export LD_PRELOAD=/more-space/Xilinx/14.6/ISE_DS/ISE/lib/lin64/libXst_Core.so source
  or
• export the settings64.sh in the /opt/Xilinx/14.6/ISE_DS (it should be somewhere there)
