Major changes since the 2.2.0 release

This update introduces the following major features and changes:

• New Python-based verification infrastructure (see Verification)

Minor changes introduced in this update include:

• Removed unused modules from project.xml for all reference projects

Upgrading from the 2.2.0 release

Projects designed for the 2.2.0 release should work unmodified with the 3.0.0 release. It is recommended but not required that tests be rewritten to use the new verification infrastructure.

Bug fixes:

• Map file for tests is working
