Using endpoint testing_commitBlockV1, bloat Nethermind state and collect new payloads as json files. We should keep collecting it unless we will have enough to produce 10x mainnet state
Then we can use it to produce actual milestone-states (1.5x, 2x, 3x, 5x, 7x, 10x)
