[Feature] Hypercert collections

Goal

Add a 'collection' dimension to the app as a reference for navigation your hypercerts and finding other hypercert (owners)

User stories

• As a user, I want to be able to view my collections of hypercerts
• As a user, I want to be able to find other owners of a hypercerts (fraction) that I own
• As a user, I want to be able to browse the hypercert collections of other users
• As a user, I want to be able to use the app to CRUD hypercert collections
