Hey there!
First of nice work. The PCB has a solid work and i am currently working on a similar Project of a 6 Axes Robotic Arm controller for my schools robotics team. I was searching online for some example implementation of the TMC2209 and found this repo. I noticed some issues with the way you routed your TMC2209, which might cause noise or misfunction:
- sensing resistors connected to TMC2209 by the ground plane.
They should be as close to the GND pins as possible
- Your high volatage traces are too thin.
I am struggeling myself trying to keep them wide and connecing them to the thin pins of the IC but you can work with teardrop shapes or connect them with smart filled areas as i am rying to do.
- Your sensing resistors are bigger than necessary. 1206 should be just fine.
Here is my schematic i used:

And this is how my current PCB version looks like:

But sadly the BRA and BRB pins are placed very akwardly directly in between the stepper motor traces, which forced me to route the BRA/BRB traces under +24V and GND, which should be no issue. Im just concerned about B2 and A2 running "inside" the sensing resistors.
I would love to hear your thoughs and also, how well does your pcb without those adjustments?
