SDK change in 1.16.0 is breaking CodeNomad

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upgrade OpenCode to 1.16.0+
2. CodeNomad doesn't work properly

Expected Behavior

CodeNomad to work properly

Workaround : Downgrade opencode to 1.15.3

Seems to be working fine with opencode v1.16.2.
