Hey folks, this PR rearranges the comments in the "Getting Started" tutorial to make the flow more logical. You can compare the current online version here.
The changes are just to the one .py file, which I believe is all that's needed since Sphinx converts it to the web page. Let me know if you spot anything else that could be improved!
