Generating test data takes longer than usual

Describe the issue

Probably due to a recent update to SpikeInterface, generating test data now takes about 1.5-2x as long as it used to. It now takes about 5 minutes on my machine, and most of that time is spent fitting PCA. I wonder if there is a way to speed this up for use in our tutorials.

Steps to Reproduce

Delete the test data folder from the NWB GUIDE cache directory and open NWB GUIDE.
