libsForQt5.mapbox-gl-native: remove broken package

mapbox-gl-native has been marked broken since NixOS 24.05 due to
incompatibility with gcc-13 and the upstream repository being archived.

Per RFC 180, packages broken for a full release cycle are subject
to removal.
