There is a catch-22 with the Azure resources. If you do not have any standing roles, you get an error message saying 'The provided account does not have access to subscription name "[default subscription name]"'. You need existing access before PIM'ing to get additional access.

We would like PIMActivation to pull the eligible Azure role assignments without having to have standing access.
