docs: sync reference applications wiki with latest TypeScript implementation

Update wiki to reflect:
- TypeScript API-First implementation (100% complete, 1,765 lines, 22 endpoints)
- Rust documentation correction (100% feature parity)
- All 6 reference implementations now documented

This ensures the wiki Reference-Applications page matches the current
state of all reference app implementations.
