Acceptance Criteria
- It can detect open wire in standard drive mode and send it as a noncritical fault
- It can do all of this without signficiantly effecting quality of cell data
Proposed Solution
Either do S or C cell open wire detect, somehow ignoring said data when it comes to analyzer and all of that. Transmit said data up the chain to analyzer in some shape or form.
It is acceptable to split this into two PRs, one for the segment.c and basic analyzer.c changes, and one for the state_machine.c/CAN/fault changes.
