better theme configuration

Feature description

Currently, nvf support only basic options for theme configuring, like flavor and transparency, while many themes provide much more options for fine-grained config. e.g catppuccin (examples from author's GitHub):

This has been one of our goals for a very long time, but it was not picked up by any maintainers due to the focus on other, possibly external projects. As I'm currently busy with life, projects such as Hjem, and companion tooling for ndg I'd appreciate a PR more than I can confidently promise a refactor soon.
