Add search filter by server

Hi there! Lovely site.

Could I suggest a search filter by server? Unfortunately I don't own my username on all of the servers, and some other player has some stats from way back in 2012 with the same username, but on another server that i've never played on.

(The concrete example: https://dcss-stats.com/players/Andrea, but i only play on CUE)

Exactly. But i also think the filter might be useful in other places.
