We published v3.2.0 with several broken hyperlinks that weren't detected by
markdownlintbecause they seemed to be relative links.Adding
linkspectorto thevalidate-markdownworkflow and npm script to validate all hyperlinks (internal and external) insrc/oas.md.Also run it on the markdown files in the project root. This found two broken links: fixed one, don't know yet how to fix the other and excluded the file with the broken link for now.
