Add LLM.txt to the learn site #199

Description

@miqui

Add LLM.txt to the learn site.

Why?
What llm.txt / llms.txt Is
An llms.txt (often also called llm.txt) file is a simple text file at the root of your site (e.g. https://example.com/llms.txt) that acts like an “AI sitemap + policy file” for large language models such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.

It can list key URLs, short descriptions, and rules or preferences about how AI systems should access, prioritize, or avoid parts of your content.

Why It’s Important
It helps LLMs find and prioritize your most important pages—guides, docs, FAQs, pricing, etc.—so answers about your brand are more accurate and complete.

It improves your chances of being cited or referenced in AI-generated answers, which is emerging as a new kind of visibility akin to answer boxes/featured snippets in traditional search.
