[Feature Request] Improve accessibility of the available modes #5188

What feature or change would you like to see made?

OHIF modes are cool, but are not easy to find. Take TMTV mode - it is quite cool and powerful, but figuring out that it exists and how to access it is a big pain. I guess for users that are doing PT/CT only, it is ok, and they can just use the TMTV route exclusively. But for those users who need to use different modes depending on the study, and do not use OHIF worklist as the means of accessing the data (e.g., when the number of studies is not manageable to navigate via that worklist), I would say it is virtually impossible to discover those other modes. Why not have a button in the OHIF interface that displays the modes that are available and applicable for the study currently opened, so that the user has a chance to know they exist and switch directly, without having to mess with the URL?

Why should we prioritize this feature?

Make it easier for users to discover existing powerful features of OHIF. This was raised originally on Slack here, and @wayfarer3130 suggested I create a feature request.
