Bihar tourism map and image addition and ui fix

Description

Added an interactive Bihar map at the end of the tourism page and improved the layout so the map does not overlap with the navbar while scrolling. Updated tourism page cards to display 3 cards on top and 3 on the bottom. redesigned the whole layout and also added the images as there were no images.
