Investigate NNCs and not detected faults

There are situations where NNC are present but the fault is not. This can happen if a grid is manipulated by setting some main grid cells to inactive, and adding some cells at new IJ locations.

NB! For hybrid grids, toggle off "Only Load Active Cells" to be able to see the refinement box outline as a fault.
