Describe the bug
When doing eco driving sumo-carla-SCALEXIO (in house simulink vehicle model)co-sim, the sumo ego vehicle(s)' speed does not take the ones from SCALEXIO, but just using desired eco speed.

To Reproduce
Follow the "CARLA_SUMO_dSPACE guide.md", and focus on case "4.SUMO-Carla-dSPACE-multiCore"

The uploaded Zip file contains vehicle simulink model, dSPACE ConfigureationDesk and ControlDesk project for multi-core case. find the path in the guide.md file.
