Value of information tools use Reno models to optimize resource allocation problems. Two paradigms currently exist:
This merge request adds the third-party MMDFUSE code from (Biggs, Schrab and Gretton, 2023) to the Reno repository for use in these value of information tools. The MMDFUSE code has been modified to remove the jax dependency.
