New functions:

• Import Borger.dk site structure to drupal term
• Add borger.dk node menu link / Menu structure from term (use of taxonomy_menu module))
• Option to import article many times.

Changes:

• Microarticle edit form, fix the problem when save content.
• Update microarticle field setting while article is updated
• Clean up code, use function instead of same code i many places.
