Summary

Prepare the 1.1.1 release.

Included Since 1.1.0

advisory DB freshness reporting and stale-data warnings during offline scans
significantly faster advisory sync ingestion through bulk SQLite write optimizations
README updates for the measured advisory sync benchmark and current offline freshness behavior

Versioning

bump package version from 1.1.0 to 1.1.1
add the 1.1.1 changelog entry

Verification

npm test
npm run build
