Add UnavailabilityPeriod to the Pepper metamodel and expose it as a containment reference on Resource. This lets all Resource specializations carry unavailability information: Person, Team, InternalStakeholder, and ExternalStakeholder. Also add the generated EMF/edit support, labels, and icon for the new concept. Commit generated via Codex (not manually reviewed yet) Bug: ObeoNetwork/pepper#59
