What specifically is broken or wrong?

Hi, I've just tried restoring my OctoPrint installation from a backup but the restore process always got hung up on Octolapse due to a misconfigured URL on the plugin page.

The URL has parts of the markdown syntax included which the restore tries to process which results in this URL (note the %5D( in the middle): https://codeload.github.com/FormerLurker/Octolapse/zip/master.zip%5D(https:/github.com/FormerLurker/Octolapse/archive/refs/tags/v0.4.5
It should just be the URL instead. I've removed Octolapse from the plugin_list.json meanwhile.
