Summary

  • Adds a new doc page at /docs/projects/badges covering the project badges feature shipped in OctopusDeploy/OctopusDeploy#23760
  • Covers enabling badges, using the badge builder, badge colors, API endpoints, shields.io integration, and caching
  • Follows the existing docs conventions (frontmatter, tone, structure)

Documents the project badges feature, covering how to enable badges,
use the badge builder, understand badge colors, call the API endpoints
directly, integrate with shields.io, and how caching works.
