[DO NOT MERGE] [MEL] Update rollup, challenge and osp tests

Note

This is a preliminary version, and can completely change, based on changes in the design or the implementation of the feature in nitro.

This PR builds on top of #432 and updates the tests of the Rollup, Challenge and OSP contracts. These changes are added to a different PR to allow for the base PR to only include relevant changes to the contracts, and not increase its size too much.

Key changes

• Changes related to Assertions handling and the GlobalState can be read in [DO NOT MERGE] [MEL] Changes to Rollup contracts #427
• Changes related to OSP contracts can be read in [DO NOT MERGE] [MEL] Changes to OSP contracts #432
• Challenge foundry tests have been moved from test/challengeV2 to test/foundry/challengeV2 so they are run on CI
• New tests added for the OneStepProverHostIo (new opcode GetEndParentChainBlockHash, new paths in ReadPreimage, and deprecated ReadInbox opcodes)
• New tests added for the HashProofHelper
