You're stating

"You may get a validation error from the plugin JSON that says you need an "auth" property. You should ignore this error. Your agent will work fine without that property."

Auth is a required property of the schema, it is failing in provisioning step without it, however when it is added it still fails because the manifest says it's a foreign

@Pxometheus Thanks for bringing this up. Preview software changes often. Please specify the exact error you see in the provisioning step. Also, what is the error you get when you add an "auth" property and when/where do you see it? Finally, please provide the complete "runtimes" part of the JSON, so we can see how you've added an "auth" property. You can obfuscate any private information.

So, when trying to "Provision" following instructions listed I get:

So then I click on "Validate Application" --> "Validate Manifest" to get the true error and it says:

So, then I add it, and to verify it's correct, I click on "Validate Application" --> "Validate Manifest" to check it's passed:

So I then try to "Provision" again, and it fails with the error that a validation failed:

So I then click "Zip App Package", then Click "Validate Application" --> "Validate App Package" it then shows the true error as:
