docs(260622-n54): correct data-table.md to twelve slices + narrate full surface

- Fix stale 'nine' slice count to twelve everywhere; add the data row (model:true) to the Models table and a Two-way checkmark in the Props table
- Add Column editable/editor/editorOptions/validate prop rows
- Add editing/range events (cell-edit-commit, row-edit-commit, range-change) and editing/faceting handle verbs
- Add editor + filter rows to the Slots scope reference
- New narrative: Editable cells and full-row edit, Drop-in editor components, Faceted filtering, Expandable rows
- Grid interaction mode reads as shipped (no reserved language)
