test(vr): rebless CommandPaletteScreenshot baseline (right-aligned categories)

Regenerated in the pinned Linux container after the command-palette
option-row layout fix (eefc7e8). Captures the intended "label left /
category right-aligned" rendering; all 6 targets pass against it.
