Main changes explained:

• Email was not displaying, Fixed it.

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and npm run start:local to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. go to /bmdashboard/consumables
6. Click the View button under usage Record Column and check all the records

Please ensure that createdBy.email and requestedBy.email are correctly populated from the backend so the modal displays complete data.

Can you try testing with a production build (npm run build then npm start) and re-check? Because it is working fine for me.

I checked the latest dev website and it looks like someone has worked on it. Last time the page was connected to a different endpoint. I think someone created a new endpoint and changed the UI, so everything is different now. So, I am closing this PR.
