• Updated jobController.js to correctly support multi category filtering.
• Simplified backend query conditions.

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and ... to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. Navigate to : http://localhost:5173/Collaboration
6. Confirm API responses using postman :

• GET http://localhost:4500/api/jobs?category=Software%20%26%20IT
