This PR fixes the weekly summary report and displays actual hours logged unlike before where it would show the hours and flip to 0

mapso that a fresh copy of each summary is created so the filter logic doesn’t mutate or reuse the original objects, preventing React from re-rendering with outdated or overwritten values.WeeklySummariesReport.jsx
totalSecondssometimes returned null, causing the old calculation to overwrite correct values with zero, so using rawSeconds ensures we safely handle null and convert only valid numbers.How to test:
