Fix the styling for the selected date so it matches dark mode and text stays readable.

Main changes explained:

• Update CommunityCalendar.module.css to add dark mode styling override and remove duplicated selectors

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and npm start to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. go to communityportal/calendar (http://localhost:5173/communityportal/calendar)
6. verify selected-date box matches dark mode styling
