Hi Aryan,
I have reviewed your PR locally and though the main functionality works as per requirement, there is just one issue with the cards, there is no word-wrapping for the names and due to this for few names the card layout is not in equal sizes.

Hi Aryan,
I have reviewed your PR locally and the word-wrapping issue is resolved. A heads-up the logout issue still exists, hopefully it fixes during merge

How to test:
Check out the current branch.
Run the following commands:
npm installnpm run buildnpm startStart the frontend to load the updated UI.
Clear site data/cache.
Log in as an admin user.
Navigate to: http://localhost:5173/topcommunitymembers
Scroll down and click “Show your team members.”
Verify that the list of team members and their skill ratings is displayed. Use the skill filters to view a curated list.
