Actually this the exact copy of the existing pr 4021 as that pr got corrupted so I have created this new pr with same logic.
please latest backend development branch to test this PR.

Main changes explained:
Updated the header.jsx component with proper func to enhance header view for viewing user.

How to test:
check into current branch
do npm install and ... to run this PR locally
Clear site data/cache
log as admin/owner user
go to dashboard→ leaderboard
Now click on red/green status bar of any volunteer user
Now it will replace the authenticated user with the respective volunteer user.
Now verify that you are able to see the volunteer user header only (for clarity please login in diff browser or incognito with the same volunteer account and compare the both headers in ur dashboard and another dashboard).
Now can please use other then admin/owner account to perform above steps except now you shouldn't able to interact with header icons with anything.
