This frontend PR is related to the development backend PR.

Main changes explained:

• Updated the Tools Horizontal Bar Chart JSX and even changed the CSS file.

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and ... to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. Go to Dashboard → Reports → Total Construction Summary → Tools and Equipment
6. Verify that the Tools and Equipments show the Chart Preview as shown in the Screenshot.

I have checked the feature, but the UI looks off on my screen. the Tool tip is working

Hi Vinay,

I tested this PR locally. The placeholder text "Hover to preview, apply filters to load data" is appearing as static text on the page rather than as a tooltip triggered on hover. Also, after the chart loads, the tooltip is misaligned and overlapping the chart area, and the filter reset button is not working.

Hi Vinay,

I have reviewed your PR locally, however the functionality does not seem to work. There is no interactive Hover tooltip. Also in case the chart tooltip also comes under this PR, the UI is not that great.
