Main changes explained:

• Updated the Project risk Profile Overview Jsx and Css file for the graph.

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and ... to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as any user
5. go to http://localhost:5173/bmdashboard/totalconstructionsummary
6. Open the "Risk profiles for projects" section and verify that you can view the bar graph as shown below

Hello Vinay,
I have checked this branch locally. In dark mode, the labels are not visible. the dropdown placeholder

Hi Vinay,

I tested this PR locally. The chart renders correctly and the page is responsive. However, the Project and Dates dropdown menus are not properly aligned in dark mode, the dropdown items appear with a light background instead of matching the dark theme.

Hi Vinay,

I have reviewed your PR locally and below are the issues i found as shown highlighted in the video.

• The dropdown, do not go back unless we click on them when all options are unselected.
• In dark mode, the dropdown is in light mode.
• The labels project title is very light compared to the background.
