Hi Aayush,
I have reviewed your PR locally and though the functionality works, it requires below fixes:
- The page looks different then that shown in your video, please confirm if it has changed
- Assume current functionality, there is no confirmation on submit
- In dark mode the warning appear in white text compared to red text in light mode
