3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. go to BM Dashboard → Tools → Purchase Request Form → Project & Tool Selection
   http://localhost:5173/bmdashboard/tools/purchase

Hi Uha,

Thank you for the link. I have reviewed your PR locally and it works as per requirement. The only change i would suggest assuming user friendly is, we are not able to see the number of characters left to type or a stoppage as soon as the 150 mark hits. If you could add this feature in the character limiting, it would be great. Please let Jae know if this is not a requirement as the functionality works as per requirement.
