• Updated DropOffTracking.jsx‎ to change the UI/UX
• Updated Participation.module.css to change the css

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and ... to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. go to /communityportal/reports/participation
6. verify if the expected behaviors are satisifed

The branch aayush_participation_page_ui_fix has been run locally. Verified that the Participation Reports page renders correctly after clearing cache and logging in as admin. All expected UI behaviors and functionalities are working as intended.

I have reviewed your PR locally and though most UI issues appear to be fixed, in dark mode the +5% is not in the red color as it is in light mode, also can both be in red text color when it is in + i.e positive?

Hi Aayush,
The Participation Reports page is loading correctly and displays the Upcoming Events in a clean card layout. Each event card shows the event type, date and time, event name, and participation count clearly.
