Reviewed PR #5135
. Checked out the frontend branch locally and tested the Percent Tools Returned Late chart on the BM dashboard route with the related backend running. Verified that when multiple projects are selected, the chart now shows distinct colors for different projects and includes a legend that clearly maps colors to projects. Also confirmed the chart remains readable and usable in both light and dark modes. Approving.
