• After uploading resume, button shows file name
• X Button Option to delete the resume from the button and replace with other file

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and npm run start:local to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. go to dashboard→ https://localhost:5173/job-application
6. Click on Upload resume button
7. After uploading file, check if file name displays on the button
8. Check if Click X button next to upload button resets the button and option to upload file again
9. Check in both light and dark modes.

. Checked out the branch locally and tested the resume upload flow on the job application page. Verified that after uploading a file, the selected file name is displayed on the button, and clicking the X button clears the file and restores the option to upload again. Also confirmed the behavior works correctly in both light and dark modes. Approving.
