Main changes explained:

• Update src/components/CommunityPortal/Reports/Participation/NoShowInsights.jsx to add the missing "My Event" / "All Events" dropdown alongside the existing date filter so the No-show Rate Insights section matches Figma; defaults set to "My Event" + "This Week", filtering wired into renderStats, and the export modal/PDF filename updated to include the new scope.

How to test:

1. Check out the branch.
2. Run npm install and npm start.
3. Log in as admin.
4. Go to Community Portal → Reports → Participation → No-show rate insights.
5. Verify two dropdowns appear: "My Event" (My Event / All Events) and "This Week" (All Time / Today / This Week / This Month), defaulted to "My Event" and "This Week".
6. Switch each dropdown and confirm the insight bars update.
7. Verify it works in dark mode.
