Improve Time log usability, feedback and controls in BM Dashboard Member Group Check in Page.

Main changes explained:

Added suggested improvements logic in BMTimeLogStopWatch.jsx file
Added Dark mode implementation code in BMTimeLogCar.module.css file

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and ... to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. Go to this link: http://localhost:5173/bmdashboard/timelog
6. Select any projects, and scroll down to the bottom, one will be able to see Stopwatches.
7. Look whether stop button is disabled, generic information on timer is provided, when timer is started respective message are shown to the user or not.
8. Check for Dark mode implementation.
