One Line Summary

Adds new "red" demo app to match android example

Details

• adds build.md that is flutter specific
• adds adjust.md file to fix any inconsistencies
• adds build_ios.md for helping setting up live activities and push notifications for ios

Motivation

Want to have consistent demos for sdks.

Manual testing

Test each button separately against dashboard info.
