Fixes permissions logic for ios side of the example project. Followed: https://documentation.onesignal.com/docs/en/react-native-sdk-setup#ios-setup

Details

• Updates project format to xcode 16
• Adds app groups to ios side of example project
• Also adds the NSE
• Fixes safe area view styles

Manual testing

• Run bun run ios in example project folder. And subscribe to push notifications. May need to wipe device or wipe app if previous app was already registered.
