Our Advantages

• Best-in-class observability (real-time status, token tracking, audit trail)
• Only one with RBAC, approval workflows, and MCP hub
• SSE-based real-time updates (no polling)

Critical Gaps for v0.7.0

1. Live Agent Status — session rows should show what the agent is doing RIGHT NOW (Cline Kanban pattern)
2. Quick Approve/Reject — inline action buttons on session list (1 click, not 3)
3. Cost Alerts — budget thresholds with proactive notifications

The Big Opportunity

Cline Kanban is the biggest competitive threat but it is a research preview with no enterprise features. If we build a board view on top of our control plane, we offer visual multi-agent orchestration WITH security, audit, and approval workflows. Nobody else has this combo.

Proposed v0.7.0 Scope

1. Live Agent Status (medium effort)
2. Quick Approve/Reject (small effort)
3. Cost Alerts (medium effort)

Board view deferred to v0.7.1. Diff review and mobile PWA to v0.8.0.
